R Kelly Fights Back

Posted on Mar 6, 2019 in Business Litigation

In an emotional interview singer and song writer R. Kelly categorically denied he did anything inappropriate to the four victims that led to the sexual charges he faces. After the airing of a documentary Surviving R. Kelly, the authorities arrested R. Kelly on 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. Since that airing, he has been silent.

Finally, R. Kelly, in an interview on CBS, was adamant that he never did anything to harm those four underage women or others. His statements were unambiguous and clear – according to him, none of those allegations are true.

In 2008, Kelly was found not guilty on 14 counts of child pornography after prosecutors in Chicago failed to convince a jury that he was the man seen in a sex tape with a girl as young as 13.

So now the battle lines are drawn. And the result will come down to the proof. Are there witnesses? Fingerprints? Documents? Tape recorded conversations?

Stay tuned as R. Kelly has come back swinging.
