What We Do
From its successes in the commercial/business litigation arena, particularly in defending class action litigation’s in 2012, the Firm launched a plaintiff class action practice. Spearheaded by one of the leaders in the plaintiff class action field, it has begun to concentrate on consumer fraud, civil rights and general public interest cases, representing plaintiffs to fight consumer fraud, employment discrimination, labor and wage violations, predatory lending, whistleblower and mass torts issues.
