Prior to becoming Of Counsel at the Roth Law Firm, she was in the Tax/Trusts & Estates practice groups at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, LLP. At LeBoeuf Lamb, Ms. Kinsley provided clients with legal and tax advice on various matters, including asset protection planning, entity formations for profit and non-profit associations, business succession planning, estate planning, estate administration, charitable planning, and special needs planning. Previously, Ms. Kinsley was an associate at Fox, Rothschild.
Before entering private practice, Ms. Kinsley was an Appellate Division Law Clerk in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey for the Honorable Marilyn H. Loftus (R.J.A.D.)
Jennifer A. Kinsley earned a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) in Taxation from Villanova University Graduate Tax Program in 1999; Bachelor of Laws degree (J.D.) from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1995; and Bachelor of Arts degree (B.S.) in Russian Studies from Mary Washington University in1989. She studied abroad at the Pushkin Institute in Moscow, Russia in 1987, and the Austro-American Institute in Vienna, Austria in 1988.
Ms. Kinsley is a founding member of the Princeton Committee of Foreign Relations since 2000 to the present. Ms. Kinsley obtained 501(c)(3) status for the organization and handles all tax matters for the organization. Ms. Kinsley is also a member of the New York City Chapter of 100 Women in Hedge Funds.
